We will sip ceremonial-grade cacao from Keith’s Cacao out of Lake Atitlan, Guatemala to nourish our bodies & our hearts.
Come sit and sip in sacred circle under the Full Moon as you learn about the benefits of cacao, honoring the indigenous cultures that share this plant medicine with us. You’ll be guided in and out of gentle meditation, pull oracle cards around a gorgeous altar space of candles, crystals and flowers. We’ll take part in a group releasing ritual, learn about the current astrological transits focusing on the energies of the current Lunar cycle. We’ll seal our evening with a short sound bath meditation.
As we sit in circle surrounding our gorgeous altar space of candles & crystals, you are encouraged to bring along a handful of crystals, baubles, or jewelry you would like to add to the altar space to be cleansed and charged during our ceremony.
Wear comfy clothes, comfy socks, and bring along anything that will make you feel supported during ritual. Please bring a bottle of water, your favorite mug for cacao, and a journal & pen. A blanket, a meditation pillow, or eye pillow are all great suggestions too.
We will be seated on the Earth for our evening together. If for any reason, sitting on the Earth will be uncomfortable for you, please let us know! We’d be happy to help accomodate and make you extra cozy.
We don’t like to put a time limit on these and love to allow the night to flow organically. Please allow space for ceremony to last around 3-3.5 hours, eating a light dinner before arrival is suggested. And please stay away from caffeine after 2 pm! The goal is to allow your nervous system to be in a relaxed state.
These always prove to be a gently powerful experience. You are bound to leave feeling grounded yet energized, and with a renewed sense of energy.
This Ritual will be held at our new studio space, The Hollow, which is right next door to the Apothecary. It is the perfect gathering space for all of our intentional workshops & rituals. And we can’t wait for you to be a part of it!
Post ritual the Apothecary will be open for a private shopping experience for the group. So if our hours haven’t aligned with your schedule, or you’re visiting us from far away… we’ve got you!

We will begin our evening together with an intentionally prepared mug of ceremonial grade cacao from Keith’s Cacao out of Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. Learn the history, medicinal and energetic benefits of cacao, and honor the indigenous women who share this heart opening plant medicine with us.
We will honor our own mothers, and our lineage of women throughout our own ancestry through breath. You will be guided through a thoughtfully curated meditation with gentle breath work and visualization & then drift off into a beautiful sound healing session of quartz crystal singing bowls and chimes.
This offering is not just for mothers or women! This is a beautiful way to honor your relationship with your mother whether she will be on the mat next to you, or thousands of miles away in another state. Whether you have a tangled relationship with your mother, or a tight bond. And an especially beautiful way to honor a mother or grandmother who has left this earthly plane.
Our evening together will be a sacred way to connect with the nurturing energies of your personal ancestral wisdom, offering peace & a sense of grounding.
Guests are encouraged to bring along a mug for cacao, & a photo or trinket that reminds you of mom. Bolsters, pillows, blankets & eye masks will be provided, but if there is anything special that would make you feel extra cozy during our evening together, bring it along!

We are planning to host at least one Tea Talk a month. Join us for a low stress evening of herbal tea and conscious conversation about varying topics. These are designed to be a more accessible offering where you can come learn something new, maybe meet a few new people, and just come SIT for a second! Low stress, low output, high vibes.

Join us for an educational and cozy herbal tea gathering focused on natural support for seasonal allergies. In this guided Tea Talk, we’ll explore a handful of herbs traditionally used to help soothe common allergy symptoms such as congestion, itchy eyes, sinus irritation, and histamine response.
Together we’ll discuss:
The actions and energetics of several allergy-supportive herbs
How to incorporate these herbs into teas, tinctures, and daily rituals
Simple lifestyle and seasonal wellness tips for allergy season
Contraindications and safety considerations for common herbs
Guests will enjoy tasting a thoughtfully crafted herbal tea blend while learning practical ways to support the body naturally through the changing seasons.
