🎃 OUR ANNUAL “TOO MANY PUMPKINS” STORYTIME + PUMPKIN PAINTING 🎃
One of our favorite little fall traditions is back!
Join us for a sweet Sunday morning filled with storytelling, giggles, pumpkin painting and fun! This event is perfect for kids ages 2-7, but big siblings are welome to join in on the fun too!
We keep this annual event limited to 12 littles, so this event feels calm, intentional & intimate.
We’ll gather at 10 AM at The Belden Witch storefront in Minturn for a cozy autumn morning of storytime, organic cider, pumpkin painting & a little creative mess-making.
We’ll be reading Too Many Pumpkins — a sweet story about a woman who suddenly finds herself with, well… TOO MANY PUMPKINS! What begins as an unwanted surprise turns into something beautiful that brings an entire community together.
If your little one isn’t quite ready for the spooky, scary side of Halloween, this is a gentle & festive way to celebrate the season. 🍂
After storytime inside the shop, we’ll head out into our alleyway, where tables will be set up with pumpkins, paint, & glitter. Each child is encouraged to get creative!
While our pumpkins dry, littles are welcome to play in our alleyway with bubbles & sidewalk chalk. We’ll have coloring pages and crayons too.
Each ticket is for ONE child and includes:
Storytime
Storytime snack
One sugar pumpkin to decorate
A cup of Big B’s Organic Apple Cider
A special treat bag to take home
Halloween coloring page
A box to safely transport your painted pumpkin
All children must be accompanied by an adult for the entirety of the event. Adults are included with their child’s ticket—no additional adult ticket required.
Again, each ticket is for one child, if you have more than one child joining, please register accordingly. :)
Please dress your little ones in layers and clothes that are painting-friendly — we fully expect things to get a little colorful! And we will be outside for half of our event.
🎃 PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN PUMPKIN.
Every child will receive a small sugar pumpkin from us to decorate. This keeps things simple and helps us avoid any “Why is their pumpkin bigger than mine?!” troubles. 😉
Please let us know if your child is teeny (age 2-3) and would prefer a small mini pumpkin to decorate, just so we’re prepared!
