Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Our offerings are intentionally curated and often limited in size to support meaningful, transformative experiences. We kindly ask that you register with full intention to attend and not with the purpose of “holding a spot.”

Event & Workshop Bookings

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will be charged 50% of the total cost, and 50% will be refunded.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Transfers

  • All event and workshop purchases are transferable to another person if you are unable to attend.

  • If you are transferring a spot to an event, you are responsible for finding a friend to attend in your place. Please notify us prior to the event with the name of the person attending in your place.

No-Shows

  • No-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

By purchasing a ticket or reserving a spot, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. These guidelines allow us to fairly compensate our teachers, prepare materials, and hold a grounded, committed space for all participants.
