We create a welcoming atmosphere where all levels, & all bodies are welcome. We want this space to be a place where you can drop your armor at the door and just be yourself. When we say, come as you are… we mean it.

All classes are limited to 8 participants. Class sizes are intentionally designed to be small and intimate, not intimidating. Reservations ahead of time are highly encouraged! There is no guarantee that walk in students will have a guaranteed spot!

Each session includes a complimentary herbal tea bar with custom made tea blends from our apothecary next door. Stay & sip, or take it togo.
