We will begin our evening together with an intentionally prepared mug of ceremonial grade cacao from Keith’s Cacao out of Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. Learn the history, medicinal and energetic benefits of cacao, and honor the indigenous women who share this heart opening plant medicine with us.
We will honor our own mothers, and our lineage of women throughout our own ancestry through breath. You will be guided through a thoughtfully curated meditation with gentle breath work and visualization & then drift off into a beautiful sound healing session of quartz crystal singing bowls and chimes.
This offering is not just for mothers or women! This is a beautiful way to honor your relationship with your mother whether she will be on the mat next to you, or thousands of miles away in another state. Whether you have a tangled relationship with your mother, or a tight bond. And an especially beautiful way to honor a mother or grandmother who has left this earthly plane.
Our evening together will be a sacred way to connect with the nurturing energies of your personal ancestral wisdom, offering peace & a sense of grounding.
Guests are encouraged to bring along a mug for cacao, & a photo or trinket that reminds you of mom. Bolsters, pillows, blankets & eye masks will be provided, but if there is anything special that would make you feel extra cozy during our evening together, bring it along!
This gathering will be offered at The Hollow. Our new studio & event space located riht next door to the apothecary.
