Join Jocelyn Laferriere, The Belden Witch as you are guided through an intentional evening filled with cacao, oracle card pulls, guided meditation and clearing sound bath.
Learn about the history & health benefits of cacao and why paring this plant medicine with the healing benefits of sound vibration is so nourishing to the autonomic nervous system.
Jocelyn will guide you through an evening of intention starting with oracle card pulls and tuning into your personal intention for the evening. Then imbibe on a deliciously prepared mug of cacao from Keiths Cacao out of lake Atitlan, Guatemala, to open the heart & energy channels of the body. You will then be guided through gentle meditation & breath work while Jocelyn burns various resins & incense to awaken the senses. Your body will be in a relaxed reclined position, supported by pillows, blankets and eye masks with an option to hold crystals in your hands, or have them placed on the body during our sound healing session. Crystals provided, or bring your own. As you melt further into a relaxed state, Jocelyn will guide your nervous system through a sound experience of quartz crystal singing bowls & chimes.
Ritual will last 2 hours, so be prepared to be cozy! Bring along any other props, bolsters or items you'll need to be extra supported.
We will be in ritual & meditation for about an hour, and then sound healing for another hour.
