We are so excited to launch our first of many Tea Talk events at The Hollow, our new event space right next door to the apothecary!

Join us for an evening of herbal tea and conscious conversation about varying topics.

This month’s topic is co-hosted by our friend, Brittany Berman, “Navigating the Nervous System of the Home”.

Here’s what to expect:

We’ll start the evening off with a cup of herbal tea handcrafted to support your nervous system and shift you into a calm, relaxed state, we will delight in a grounding meditation led by Jocelyn to arrive in the space.

Brittany will enlighten us about how our home is not just walls and furniture. It acts like a nervous system. It sends signals to your body all day long.

It affects:

  • How calm or tense you feel

  • How well you sleep

  • How clearly you think

  • How much energy you have

When you are supported physically in your space, embodiment happens naturally. You create conditions for flow. And that’s a completely different way to live.

In this workshop, we’ll discuss:
• How energy moves through your home
• The 4 states your home can be in: Fight, Flight, Freeze, or Flow
• The most common blocks that create stress (clutter, lighting, blocked pathways)
• One simple shift you can make right away

You’ll leave understanding your home differently - and seeing where small changes can create real impact.

There will be time for community connection & conversation.

Please bring along a mug for tea, a journal & pen, and a full water bottle.
