Join in community for Embody: A Processing Ritual for 2025
As we settle into the deep winter, it is the perfect time to align our energetic bodies with the natural cyclical nature of Nature. Winter is a time for rest, tuning in, introspection, & taking inventory. Before starting anew, we find it is so important to take the time to sift through what actually happened for us personally in the year past. So we can get really clear on how we want to FEEL into the new year ahead.
How are we to know where we are going if we don’t know where we’ve been?
Join us for Ritual, meditation, journaling & sound bath.
We will start the evening off in meditation, and then melt into a beautiful ritual of herbal tea, deep journaling and embodied somatic observing.
A combined process that recognizes the body’s wisdom and it’s role in storing experiences, helping us to release stored tension & emotion & find more stability and wholeness within ourselves.
We will finish the evening with a 30 minute sound bath of quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes and other gentle instruments to recalibrate the energetic body.
You can expect to feel grounded, empowered and ready to take on the New Year ahead with a fresh & clear mind.
Expect to gather in circle on the Earth, supported by bolsters. If you will not be comfortable seated in circle, please let us know ahead of time and we can help to accommodate.
Pillows, blankets, & blocks will be provided.
Please bring along:
A journal & pen
A full water bottle
A mug for tea
Any extra props, bolsters, eye masks or cozies that would make you extra comfortable during ritual
We will have a selection of beautiful new journals of all types available for purchase if you want to treat yourself to some new fresh pages! The shop will be open before & after ritual as well for shopping, so if our hours haven’t aligned with your schedule, or you’re visiting us from afar, we’ve got you covered!
